Easy Installation

The O₂Zone® can be installed without the need for mechanical or electrical contractors.  The system weighs about 190 pounds without the oxygen generators and can be easily moved by one person with a hand truck.  With two oxygen generators in place the system weighs about 435 pounds.  Inlet and effluent water supply hoses can be quickly connected with 1.5-inch camlock connections.  The oxygen generators can be plugged into a standard 120-volt wall outlet.  Each oxygen generator draws 5 amps.  A third 120-volt outlet is required if a peristaltic pump will be used to deliver nutrient amendments such as nitrogen or phosphorus.  The peristaltic pump draws approximately 2 amps.
