Increase the Total Pressure

By increasing the total pressure by just 10 pounds per square inch gauge (psig), the oxygen partial pressure, and hence the equilibrium concentration of DO in water becomes 24.69/14.69 or 1.7 times higher than under standard atmospheric pressure.
