Low Maintenance Operation
The system is resistant to iron or biofouling and requires very little maintenance. Typical maintenance includes a monthly system check and manual cleaning of the sight glasses and paddlewheel flow meter. The spiral cone nozzle can operate for years without needing cleaning, and the venturi will only become blocked if large debris items enter the water supply. The oxygen generators require annual replacement of their intake filters and the built in oil-less compressors need to be rebuilt after two or three years at a cost of a few hundred dollars.
